18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement
In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, this Statement sets out DesiDekhoo's position regarding record-keeping obligations for visual depictions of actual sexually-explicit conduct displayed via the Service.
1. Hosting without production
DesiDekhoo hosts and serves its video content itself. Video and image files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage and delivered through our Cloudflare-proxied media domain (media.desidekhoo.com); all playback happens on-site in our own player. The catalog is a single library of videos obtained under written permission from the original publisher (desidekho.com). DesiDekhoo does not commission, produce, finance, edit, manage, or post-produce any visual depiction; every depiction on the Service was produced by third parties and is republished under written permission from the original publisher. To the extent that this republication makes DesiDekhoo a "secondary producer" within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c), the record-keeping obligations described below apply.
2. Records held by the original producer
Original § 2257 records for each depiction are maintained by the producer of that depiction. The original publisher from whom our catalog is licensed is responsible for collecting, verifying, and maintaining the producer's records of performer age, identity, and consent. To request inspection or copies of those records, contact us at the address below; we will, on reasonable request, identify and forward your inquiry to the appropriate custodian.
3. Custodian of records (limited)
To the extent that any visual depictions made available through DesiDekhoo are determined to be covered by § 2257 and to the extent DesiDekhoo is deemed a secondary producer by virtue of republishing the licensed depictions, the records DesiDekhoo holds are maintained by the custodian below.

5. How to submit a § 2257 inquiry
Email peterdgarrido@proton.me with: (a) the full URL of the page on this site where the clip appears, (b) the nature of the inquiry, and (c) verifiable contact information. We acknowledge within 5 business days and route the inquiry to the appropriate custodian.
6. Future content sources
DesiDekhoo's catalog is licensed from a single original publisher (desidekho.com) under written permission. If additional licensed catalogs are added in the future, each will be brought under the same compliance regime described on this site (acceptable-content policy, takedown procedures, age-verification expectations). Each licensed source must demonstrate, on intake, that it maintains § 2257 records or operates under an equivalent compliance regime applicable to its jurisdiction.
7. Exempt depictions
DesiDekhoo does not produce simulated sexually-explicit conduct that would otherwise be subject to § 2257A. To the extent any depiction on the Service falls within the safe-harbour provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257A(h), the producer's safe-harbour certification is held by the original producer.
8. Updates
DesiDekhoo may update this Statement to reflect changes in law, regulation, or operating practice. The current version's effective date is shown above; superseded versions are retained in our internal record.
