Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
This statement is published with reference to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. Although DesiDekhoo may not currently meet the £36 million turnover threshold that triggers a statutory obligation, we publish this statement voluntarily as an indication of our position and to assist our partners and stakeholders. Counsel should verify whether the threshold has been crossed before relying on the voluntary characterisation.
1. About DesiDekhoo
DesiDekhoo is a self-hosted adult-video site. DesiDekhoo hosts and serves its video content itself. Video and image files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage and delivered through our Cloudflare-proxied media domain (media.desidekhoo.com); all playback happens on-site in our own player. The catalog is a single library of videos obtained under written permission from the original publisher (desidekho.com).
2. Supply chain
Our operational supply chain is small and consists of: (a) a VPS hosting provider operating in the European Union; (b) Cloudflare for CDN, DDoS protection, and R2 object storage of the video files we host; (c) the original publisher from whom our catalog is licensed under written permission; (d) commodity software and open-source dependencies (Astro, Node.js, nginx, undici, and others).
3. Risk assessment
The principal modern-slavery and trafficking risks in our ecosystem relate to coerced or trafficked performance in the underlying video content, the production of which lies with the producer and the original publisher. We address this risk by licensing content only from publishers that operate consent-verification regimes and by maintaining the takedown procedures described at /trafficking-statement.
4. Steps taken
(a) We will not knowingly license content from publishers that lack performer consent-verification regimes. (b) We maintain a published Anti-Trafficking Statement and dedicated reporting channel. (c) We cooperate with law-enforcement investigations. (d) We commit to publishing any substantiated finding of trafficking-related content surfaced via the Service in our annual transparency report.

Personnel handling notices receive orientation on red flags for trafficking and coerced performance.
