We make a reasonable effort to ensure that metadata (titles, thumbnails, durations, tags) accurately reflects the underlying content as supplied by the original publisher. We cannot guarantee that all metadata is current, complete, or free from error.
2. No professional advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. The Service is for entertainment only. Pages describing our compliance posture (Terms, Privacy, DSA, DMCA, etc.) describe our practices but are not legal advice to you.
3. Licensed third-party content
DesiDekhoo hosts and serves its video content itself. Video and image files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage and delivered through our Cloudflare-proxied media domain (media.desidekhoo.com); all playback happens on-site in our own player. The catalog is a single library of videos obtained under written permission from the original publisher (desidekho.com). The videos were produced by third parties; the producers and the original publisher are responsible for the lawfulness of their production. We remove content on substantiated notice — see /dmca and /complaint-procedure.

5. No endorsement
Reference to any performer, producer, or third-party trademark on the Service is for identification only and does not imply endorsement.
