Statement of Responsibility
This Statement clarifies what DesiDekhoo is, what it does, what it does not do, and how responsibility is allocated between us and content producers.
1. What DesiDekhoo is
DesiDekhoo is a self-hosted adult-video site. We host and serve a single catalog of videos obtained under written permission from the original publisher (desidekho.com). We provide the website, navigation, search, browsing experience, curation logic, the video player, and the hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare R2 object storage served via our Cloudflare-proxied media domain, media.desidekhoo.com).
2. What DesiDekhoo does not do
DesiDekhoo does not commission, produce, finance, or film any video content. We do not process payments to performers or producers. We run no advertising, no referral or commission links, and no outbound monetised links of any kind.
3. Content source
DesiDekhoo's catalog is licensed from a single original publisher (desidekho.com) under written permission. If additional licensed catalogs are added in the future, each will be brought under the same compliance regime described on this site (acceptable-content policy, takedown procedures, age-verification expectations). As of the effective date above, the entire catalog is licensed from desidekho.com; files are stored in Cloudflare R2, served from media.desidekhoo.com, and all playback happens on-site. If additional licensed catalogs are added, they will be listed at /subprocessors and the change will be reflected on this page.
4. No data on our servers
We do not store viewer data on our servers beyond standard web-server access logs (kept for up to 30 days for security). We do not store account profiles, payment data, or viewing histories — the optional favourites list is stored only in your browser's local storage and never sent to us. 5. Allocation of responsibility — production of content
Responsibility for the lawfulness of the production of the underlying video (including § 2257 records, performer consent, age verification of performers, copyright clearance, and conformance with the laws of the location of production) lies with the producer and the original publisher.
6. Allocation of responsibility — DesiDekhoo layer
Responsibility for the hosting and display of the content on our infrastructure, the curation, metadata layout, search experience, and the conformance of the Service with the laws of our location lies with us. We are responsible for promptly removing content — the video file, listing, and metadata — when a substantiated notice is received.
7. Our commitments
(a) Run no advertising and no ad trackers — the only third-party scripts are two analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 and Umami), both for aggregate traffic counts, disclosed in /privacy and /cookie-policy. (b) Maintain a published acceptable-content policy and remove violations on notice. (c) Cooperate with lawful CSAM, NCII, and trafficking investigations. (d) Publish annual transparency reports. (e) Maintain current cookie, privacy, and age-verification disclosures.
8. Updates
Material changes to scope (new sources, removal of sources, change of operating entity) will be reflected here.
